You place an order on the website and enter your address during checkout. Since we provide cash on delivery only for perishable goods and it is applicable only for Dhaka Metropolitan city. After you place an order, a customer service representative will call you within 24 hours to confirm your orders and also will also send you an email. Please make sure you answer the call and confirm the order. Alternatively, you can also confirm the order yourself by calling us at 01714963048 .Your order will now be proceed and you will receive the tracking number. A representative of FSB will make sure you will get your product.

Sundarban Courier Service is our nationwide delivery partner and the ordered products are designated to reach the shipping address within 3-5 working days.For international delivery, DHL and FEDEX are the authorized delivery partner for orders outside Bangladesh.
It needs to be noted that, customer bears delivery charges as given by the respective delivery partners of our site.

Q. Why do I get an error message saying my email address is invalid while tracking my order with SystemBazar Order Tracking tool?
A. The email you type in to track your order might be different from the one you used when placing that order.
To track your order status, please make sure you use the same email address for order placing and tracking purpose.

A. Yes, once your order is shipped we will share your parcel tracking number with you.
You can use this tracking number to track your parcel on the respective logistics partners website.

Q. What do the different statuses shown on our courier websites mean?
A. The “Shipped” status indicates that courier has picked up your package from the seller.
When the status changes to “Delivering”, it indicates that the courier is on its way to deliver your package to your address.
Once the courier has successfully delivered the package to you, the status will be updated to “Delivered”.
If the courier is unable to reach you at your address, they will try to re-deliver at another time and the status will show “Re-delivering”.
